Head Duties and Responsibilities:

Mig and tig welding, including the following:

• Perform simple maintenance and repair as required.
• Monitor equipment and request maintenance when required
• Inspect welds for accuracy
• Operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment in vertical, horizontal, or overhead positions
• Plan metal surfaces by cleaning with synthetic arrangements and wire brushes to eliminate debasements like scale, rust, oil, and dampness
• Configuration examples and models for a welding project utilizing determinations contained in a plan
• Direct anodes on or across metal workpieces to soften, twist or fix them
• Mount and secure workpieces on creation hardware utilizing cranes, lifts, or banding machines
• Lead assessments to decide the sum and cost of materials expected for development
• Blend and apply a defensive or beautifying coat on completed items
• Prepare product to be welded by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping, and cutting steel/aluminum parts.
• Guarantee All equipment is appropriately set up and utilized in a protected way and that all safety gadgets are being used
• Perform straightforward maintenance and fix as required

Work Relationships and Scope:

Reports directly to the shift manager; Daily association with tasks/administrators and Set-Up workers.

Working Conditions:
